Last week was such a fantastic market! Attendance was up at about 75% of what you would expect at a regular summer market, but spaced out safely over the entire four hour period.
Staff did hear from customers that they are looking for more selection of fresh fruits & veggies. Unfortunately, fruit vendors Bizjak Farms is not able to attend this week. The staff is on the hunt for a new vendor of fresh Ontario fruit. If you have a favourite fruit vendor from another market, please let us know.
As to fresh veggies, this week, the market will have Samsara Fields (who were away last week unexpectedly), So Delish, and also hopefully, Green House Eatery will be joining in with fresh vegetables for the first time this week as well.
Also don’t forget you can pre-order a good selection of vegetables from Nith Valley Organics.
Spade & Spoon is not scheduled to be here this week. However, there will be a limited selection of her products to sell. Including: Various sizes of maple syrup, jams, jellies, pickled cucumbers, relishes & ketchup. Credit & debit sales only.
